Making Sets, Props, & Lighting Test Part 4

This is the week for lighting test, but since we haven't finished some of our props and sets, so we decided to keep continuing on it first. In our real life scene, where Zack and Lulu will be arguing about the character game UI, we wanted to show the TV back view with a light shines trough them. At first we are using an LED tracing board which has a light on it, but it doesnt work so well, and finally our tutor gave us a swit (lighting tool) and it finally works!

These are couple of the pictures that my group took:

The picture frames of Zack's family
The real life set (which will look later on when we started shooting)

The Game character UI paper cut outs

This is the LED tracing board that we were trying to use. So, we used a black thick paper to cover some of the lighting part that we are not using. The TV light will shines trough for the part where we cut it out on the middle.

It is very dark and shadowy. So we tried couple more times.

This is when we started to use the swit (it looks a lot better). It still dark because we hadn't use any light yet.

After using light from our right side and make some changes in the camera ISO settings.

Lighting tests. Megan was holding the light from the back, Chloe took pictures, and I was holding on the TV LED screen

When we were setting the camera angle for the UI.

What our UI gonna looks like after I put all the paper clothing option cut outs.
