Iantha's Planet Concept Art

The planet where Iantha is living called νέο κόσμο (neo kosmo) in Greek which means New World. I got the planet's inspiration from Howl's Moving Castle anime, directed by Hayao Miyazaki. I'm really interested in the way the landscape is drawn, which gives the feeling of freedom and limitless. This is my drawing of  νέο κόσμο, with its blue-pink sky giving a sweet atmosphere:

( This is the drawing which I havent add all the deails yet, the one I made for the animation porposal and also I used it for the animatic)

( Almost done, I will add more details for the mountain and castle part more later on. As you can see I changed the sun's size as well as changing the mountain's colour.)

( I can feel that it is a very peaceful world which I want to portray as well in my animation, but since νέο κόσμ is a hidden planet in the universe, so I'm making further developments such as the sky colour and the combination between winter and summer which you can see there's snow on the top of the mountain and there are palm trees as well)

Even though νέο κόσμ have black shaddy clouds on its horizon, it is actually a paradise beneath the sky. No one will ever believe it. I'm trying to draw ruin castle and its city so it looks more mysterious and build audiences' curiosity.
